How It Started
The ownership of Reeds Spring Ready Mix brings a wealth of experience and success in building businesses. Previously, they successfully developed an oil and gas pipeline construction company, expanding it from a modest 2-employee operation to over 300 employees. The company was eventually sold to one of the largest pipeline construction firms in the United States after 12 years of remarkable growth.
After starting a construction business in the Reed Springs area, the owners encountered challenges with the ready mix component. Recognizing the need for a reliable ready mix supplier not only for their own projects but also for other contractors facing similar issues, they made the strategic decision to establish their own plant. The foundation of this venture is rooted in core principles such as unwavering commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, community support, employee satisfaction, and a deep sense of pride in the work we do.

Our batch plant in Mid Missouri produces high-quality, reliable mixes, keeping your schedule at our highest priority. Our Owners and Management are readily available. A New Venture
In the spring of 2022, we embarked on this new venture by purchasing a dry batch plant, and seven mixer trucks. Throughout the summer, we dedicated ourselves to assembling the plant, and integrating state-of-the-art technology for improved operations. No expense was spared, from utilizing industry leaders such as Command Alkon batch systems, Deskin Scale Company, and ConTech Mixers, to ensuring the highest quality aggregates, river sand, and cement. We opened our doors to the public in early October with eight full time employees, and from day one our focus has and always will be about quality and customer satisfaction. Our management staff has a combined 50+ years of experience in the ready mix industry. That, along with regular sample testing, experienced drivers, quality materials and add mixtures, we feel we have a product anyone from the largest contractor to a homeowner will be happy with.

Our Growth
Less than a year later, the reputation of our company has spread, generating significant interest and growth. We have expanded our truck fleet to nine and now employ sixteen full-time staff members, and our momentum continues to build.
